Purpose of the Monarchs and Educators Train the Trainer Program
The Tranquil Parenting Certified Educator Program (TPCE) is a vital component of Tranquil Studio, Inc.'s mission to provide comprehensive support to parents navigating high-conflict family dynamics. Rooted in the principles of transformative learning and instructional design, this program equips professionals with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to deliver effective parenting education in their communities.
At its core, the TPCE Program seeks to empower individuals to become catalysts for positive change within their respective spheres of influence. By training a network of skilled instructors, Tranquil Studio, Inc. aims to expand the reach of its Tranquil Parenting Programs and ensure that parents receive the support they need to navigate the
challenges of co-parenting, parental alienation, and high-conflict divorce. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical strategies, and hands-on experience, participants in the TPCE Program will gain a deep understanding of the Transformative Mindset Instructional Design (TMID) framework and learn how to facilitate transformative learning experiences for parents effectively. By fostering a collaborative learning environment and providing ongoing support and mentorship, this program empowers trainers to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families facing adversity.
