The Building Bridges: Trauma-Informed Parenting course is designed to equip parents with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to support children who have experienced trauma. Drawing upon principles of trauma-informed care, this six-week online course provides a comprehensive understanding of trauma and its impact on children's development, behavior, and well-being. This 6-unit course covers essential topics and provides parents with a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed parenting. Each unit focuses on specific themes and includes interactive activities, reflection, and opportunities for feedback to enhance learning and engagement.
